The reason I picked Karen to be my realtor was because she stayed in touch with me for years with her mailer which was informative but not pushy. She deserved the sale and I have to say she has done a great job through out the whole ordeal of selling my house. Selling a house is not easy but she guided me through the process so I highly recommend her whether you are selling or buying a house.

Karen was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying our very first home. Her knowledge of real estate left me confident that she would help us during each step. In particular, during the inspection and negotiations where she recommended I stay on top of outstanding permits and other factors that could have delayed the closing process. If I ever had questions about something, she would respond quickly and with the information I needed. On a few different occasions, she even reached out to the houses township to get information for me. During such a stressful time, Karen was able to walk me through things that I didn’t seem coming and made the closing an enjoyable time instead of stressful.

I met Karen back in 1992when she helped me find and buy my first home and multifamily investment home. Then in 1999 she helped me with my second home purchase, which also went very smoothly. Now with the kids grown and gone it was time for me to move down to the shore to enjoy my summer home year around. Recently I contacted Karen for help in the sale of a rental property. I live out of state/out of country and I thought that would be complicated enough. Little did I know. There arose complications with regards to regulations and inspections, and then there were the delays, delays, delays. Karen made calls to town inspectors, chased down paperwork, visited town hall and dealt with the tenant time and time again all on my behalf . Karen went beyond my expectations by handling these issues when I could not be there myself. I really cannot thank Karen enough for her wisdom, support, and guidance. I reached out to Karen to sell my lot since I am living in Florida with no intentions of moving back to NJ. She did sell the lot at full price in a short amount of time.The closing process was a bit overwhelming with all the rules, red tape, and regulations, especially between the two different states. We were renting an apartment after moving here from Texas and wanted a home of our own. Especially since we were expecting our first baby! I met Karen at a home she was selling in Roxbury. While that was not the home for us I did feel I could trust her to represent us in our home hunting endeavor.
